| Looks better than it tasted |
So, I got up from the recliner to try to make a yummy, cheesy, creamy soup. I decided to do an onion and cheese soup. Followed the directions. I either over cooked the milk base or the added cheese at the end did not have good melting/blending properties. It looked good in the bowl, but there were separated particles in the liquid. Made for a nasty feel. Tasted OK, though. I will try a different one tomorrow after throwing the rest of this in the garbage.
