Out on errands this afternoon... Checked on ways to move the money to the movers, found LED lights to replace the incandescent lights on the lower level, picked up a couple of things for the house and got my prescription issue resolved at Fred's.
Came home to a voice mail... do not know how I missed the call as my phone was always with me, perhaps I need a louder signal to play... but it appears that the truck with my stuff has already arrived in Fairbanks. I needed to get my payment to the movers so they will release my goods. As I am dialing the company I was struck by a thought for a very simple way to accomplish that, gave the lady the numbers and am now awaiting a date and time when a crew will come and return my stuff too me.
How it got here so fast is beyond me. It must have been leaving Montana sometime last week, but I only got the call yesterday with the final figures. That is usually a few days before getting word on your stuff's arrival. Whatever.... my stuff and I will soon be reunited. Once I know exactly, I will share.
Have a good night. I will not be doing much sleeping. I will be making sure I know where everything is going and clearing pathways so it can happen efficiently. I will soon be sleeping in my own comfy bed.... what a pleasure that will be!!!
